Obligatory First Post

Quick writeup here, I want to get something out there so I feel like I've gotten this ball rolling but I have... about 9 minutes. I'll flesh it out later.

Like many, I've long been disillusioned with social media. More recently I've started getting into reading other's blogs, the "smolnet". Been on the fediverse for a bit. And I like it. Feels like an older, better internet. And now I want to add to it.

As one does with a blog this will follow my personal interests. I enjoy computing in general. I'm pretty big in to open source. Got in to the retro computing scene during the pandemic. I futz around with microcontrollers on ocassion. Do some homelab and automation stuff. That kind of thing.

I'm receiving a Pixel x86 Mini soon. I imagine I'll write some stuff up about that as I start playing with it.

And... time.
